Tier Consult Group has been involved within the retirement sector since 2009 and has delivered over twelve gated retirement communities, some of which have been distinguished and of the highest quality.

The Group has worked closely with operators to ensure the facilities are designed for accessible living whilst at the same time maintaining visual wellbeing and excellence.

A number of the gated communities incorporate buildings of listed status, which have been adapted to meet the requirements of the development, including swimming pools, restaurants and spa rooms. The Group are proud to be involved in some of the first prestigious gated communities in the United Kingdom and are also proud of our heritage in this growing sector.
