The site consisted of 3 phases, with a Grade II listed Regency building renovated along with other Victorian buildings which were converted into apartments and communal facilities
New buildings were constructed to the rear of the site including raised external garden with undercroft parking linking the new buildings to the existing. A partial submerged basement was constructed using contagious piles. The new buildings were a mixture of steel frame and masonry with traditional masonry and precast construction.
The scheme also comprised of a full drainage and infrastructure design.
