Student Accommodation

Tier Consult Group were engineering pioneers throughout the initial growth of the Student Accommodation sector between the late 1990s through to 2015.

The Group has delivered over 15,000 bed spaces over the last 18 years and has designed and delivered student accommodation projects within the majority of cities listed across the Russell Group.

Throughout the period described, various different construction techniques have been utilised in the structural design of the accommodation to either satisfy cost plans or programmed student intakes.

Tier Consult Group continues to provide services to a number of operators and private clients within the sector, in recently appointed on the Student Accommodation Building on the Nottingham Island Quarter site.
