A 60m high building comprising 268,000 sq ft of Grade ‘A’ office space.

With high specification external cladding comprising aluminium curtain walling in precast concrete framing.

A slip form central core and post-tensioned slabs were designed for the structural frame.

The building was awarded the BCO Building of the Year Award.
